The home is located on Roberts Bay, about a mile from downtown Sidney with all its shops and services.  Ten minutes to BC Ferries, Washington Ferry, Victoria airport and about a thirty minute drive to downtown Victoria, Ferry linkages connect to the Gulf Islands or all the way to the City of Vancouver.
